Really liked the work culture here, you'll learn so many things here, if you're just starting as a frehser. Work life balance is so good. Team managers here are so helpful (not sure about others) but my manager Ashish joshi sir, is so polite and helpful in nature. He helps in everything if you come across any situation that you can't handle. He puts team first. He's more kind of a leader, that everyone looks for.

Dislikes

The only thing I didn't liked here is low pay rate. But I think that is manageable as a peaceful good work culture is more important than any monetary benefits.

Likes

Learning Environment is very good. Lot of support in the initial days. Proper training is provided before the work. Supportive management. I got lot of help and support from my Manager Neeraj. Very Particular about Work

People already working there are quite flexible. They follow typical lala type culture

Dislikes

They try to put pressure and do not support for your work. environment is worst no engagement with employees just they want you to be robot worst part they dont take complaints seriously. There is an issue with the food provided by them its unhygienic sometimes insects found in it but they dont take any action just because no other vendor provide food at cheap rates

HRs are not responsible after placing the job to their clients, as I worked for their client "Samsung SDSI, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The HRs Deepti and her senior HR Gagandee, they both don't respond to your calls, messages, WhatsApp texts and emails for help. They (HRs of company) don't have value of their key responsibilities.

Likes

If you are looking for a career in US staffing and sales then its a good place to start but eventually you will find that there is no growth and the sweet words from HR during interviews about incentives not impossible but very hard to acheive. So learn and leave would be my advice.

Dislikes

A lot of mismanagement and unnecessary rules will be thrown at you every week. It's a slow work environment so good place to learn bad place to grow especially for new comers.
