If you are a hard worker, job security is good, pay package is good.

Dislikes

Long Working Hours (6 days a week) , and very very hectic/stressful work culture.When you join new, all the work is dumped on your head. There are many senior persons in the system who has risen from scratch and you are supposed to report to them and you find a caliber mismatch. In case if you are planning to leave, they will stop your dues and never pay you and make you sign on the F&F settlement which i find Unethical. Office Culture is average.

... be disciplined about your work and that's all what the management hopes for. If you are good in your work then you are appreciated in terms of salary hike. But do not expect appreciation at every single thing. The management believes in keeping long term relationships. Just be honest and keep performing good.

Growth is limited in most of the areas expect in sales. The corporate office culture is average .

Work culture, job security, work life balance, very dirty politics, senior management. There is no respect for company employees in this company. Company franchises are held up and company employees are humiliated. You Can't work independently here.

I am looking after sales for bathroom fittings . I am interacting with architects and residential site owners and also inviting them to company showroom and generating revenue from sales of bathtoom fittings kitchens wood floor and tiles

There’s no job security here and no professionalism at all... there’s nothing on paper. Only by mouth they promise everything.

Dislikes

Management is just for name sake. There’s no proper management as it’s a franchisee. There’s no career growth. People working for longer time there’s no recognition and hike given.
