...nagement will never help you out on any situation only giving you fake comments. They will deduct your salary instant if you make any mistake in your work or you received any debit memo from airline even if there is no error from your side. Managers here doing nothing only attending meetings. 6 days working and frequently doing townhall which does not add any value in employee carrier.

...here in FCM it is there but is very less. One will get many IJP's opportunities. Salary is no issue at all also other benefits, incentives & perks are one of the better than othres. Overall one will feel satisfied working with FCM.

What I personally dislike in this organisation is poor management team. No doubt from nowhere they took FCM India at very higher position but are unble to maintain the same quality work in crisis. Best example of current pandemic situatuon. They should have the provision reserved for these condition, for staff errors. Hope they will take lession from it & try to overcome on thier failure

Management not having knowledge and sense to how to manage work load and Big Corporate companies.. company software not good for work. Every time systems not working properly. No work life balance.

...here employees as per company system. My company has fallen me in LWP from july. Before that we Have start getting half salary from april 2020, we get informed about this cutoff through mail and we also agreed cause we have also the responsibility to support our company in this pendamic situation. But now i am employee in leave without a salary by the decision of the company.

I learnt everything from this company and in my bad times this company provide me job and help me fulfill my family requirements. I will always be grateful to this company. I wish it never shutdown.

Shift extension daily and salary was given in cash around 10th of every month.
