Free unlimited coffees. All time help from the Admin and staffs team. With the new global CEO, things are changing to good. All the cabin guys warming their seat are on their toes for a change. Studio guys are amazing and helpful. At times you do get to have a time off for yourself. 24 work from home option available in a year. Good leaves policy. They do offer individual and group insurance. Reimbursements are on time.

Dislikes

Creativeness is dead. They’ll kill it. You’ll see a lot of biasness. Pay and increment is bad. Increment which is supposed to happen in March/April goes up till September. 1 really mean and inhumane upper management individual. Wouldn’t blame the others for it. No career growth, you’ll keep doing the same mundane work.

The culture here is very warm. People here are very nice. The learning curve is good. If you are okay with more learning and less earning, this is the place for you.

The compensation is low compared to the scope of work you are responsible for.

...onal life though because yeah you don't have the skill to balance work and life. Ofcourse you get the pay on time and they'll make you feel like that's a huge benefit. in reality, you deserve more than the regular pay which goes unnoticed. Also, way they behave is a bit more polite as compared to the industry. So all the best on your spineless journey

Worked at FCB Ulka Bangalore as a Sr. Copywriter and the experience was beyond terrible. The copy team consisted of 3 senior male writers and I felt excluded. The Group Copy Head (copy), is rude, obnoxious, a micro-manager and arrogant for no reason. My mental health went down the drain thanks to him. The part that hits the most is that the senior management knows how unpleasant it is to work with him, but will do nothing about it because "his work is good".

Likes

Drop facility for female employees for late night working hours. ( Company provided car), flexible working hours, late nite working meal and travel reimbursement, very good culture like cooperative management, fun, treated like a family.
