Worthless Management, no one will care you when u seek. It's like a jail. No fix time for duty hours , 12 hours duty every day.. No extra time charges, no extra duty paid. In accommodation you get only room, no beds, no pillows.

I worked there as a employee...its very fabulous management I ever seen and they provid 7 star service...they are main moto ..guest satisfaction and safety..its really worth it..all wellness programs are very nice

The best that 1 could like is the product , its a beautiful product and I sold this with passion and was quite attached as did it since it was a baby to me .They asked me on 15th September either to come to office or put the papers down ,I was doing amazing when it came to numbers but as it is a owner driven company its more of a dictatorship than logic . They said if others are coming why cannot I, I have a baby of 4 years whom I cannot leave alone as no day care others are not having this issue hence all are forced to come since June 2020.

As it is a owner driven company, the HR and management has zero say and have to do exactly as the owner says , even when it is logic less.The owners interfere way too much in even hotel related operations wherein the trust in management is missing , if Ratan Tatas interfered in hotel operations so much they wouldn't reach here. The management needs to be trusted or else the company will soon shut .They have sacked quite a lot of HODs since August 2020 and not cleared FNF lawfully, when asked questions the only answer we get is atleast we paid salary in the months resort was closed.Would not suggest anyone to join due to fluctuating owner decisions.

It was very nice experience , the facilities provided was good, the place very nice and pleasant ,the management is also good ,I would like to thanks all the fazlani team for giving me the opportunity to work with the management,I learned alots of things over their I became very confident learn many more new things. Thank you all .

The management should be bit more attentive towards staff. Rest everything is good.
