There's no work pressure, you can learn everything else apart from your routine work, only if you are permanent employee.

The way to they treat partner employees is terrible, they even denied a mere headphone, and discriminated in the distribution of sweets by offering a small box for the partner employees during Diwali. And the so called employees simply judge others based on their knowledge
