Bad behavior of senior colleagues. Not a friendly environment at all. Always late for salary. Do not make worth for freshers as they dont motivate their employees even though they made good attempt. No follow up with potential client form higher level management. No incentive Manager uses absuive language for their employees. No proper hierarchy.

There was only thing i learnt is how to deal with problems in odd situation till you are employee

As per me job security in this company is zero.

As per my experience I didn't get my 3 months salary after completed all my work given by MD(Managing Director) and there is no specific date for salary and even they will be not providing salary slip also. After that I given resignation as per company rule but then also they didn't want to give reliving letter so according to me I had very bad experience in this company. you will work but in return you will get nothing. So please take care while joining this company.

Good team mes, all are supportive and helpful whenever required, learnt a lot during my tenure because of which my exposure has also increased, Management is open to new ideas and very approachable.

Total responsibility to manage the branch with power to take decisions. Nice management to work with.

...taking information from office boy n peon regarding manager's is annoying. ...do not believe till you thoroughly verify.
