Company culture for is overall great. You will never feel working in an organisation it feels like family. It totally depends on your participation though. Work life balance is average i can say. You will get to know so many technical things thoroughly.

Salary increments are not well managed. You have to fight for it. Otherwise will be underpaid.

I have working past 3 years , I got overall experience around 6 years , but I getting very poor salary , then I am past three years within same department ,

There on time salary only, big oem customers.

No Training for freshers, Lot of politics in management,They put GET directly infront of customers. Workload is too much, management people put their work on engineer also. Engineer is interacting with customer for project progress and doing development, Debugging everything a single engineer doing , SDLs don't take their responsibility

Teammates are supportive. There is cafeteria and games for chilling. Job Security is good.

Dislikes

...r. You have to work 12-15 hrs minimum otherwise they will doubt on efficiency. There is no extra pay for extra work. No travelling opportunity for people.this opportunity is only for their favourite people. Canteen food is horrible. they compulsory cut the money for canteen if you want to eat it or not. Works were going smoothly in covid as they started WFH but in covid they started office because of them so many people were infected.
