...lots of internal political issues. Management doesn't understand employee issue. Salary and growth low

A very good multi National Auto ancillaries company. Challenging assignment who love challenges will definitely love to work. Faurecia having its own University who conduct various skill improvement activity.

1. Salary is decent. 2. Increment process is good but increment not happening on time

I like Faurecia environment. Good interior and outer design.I like the way they handled 5s.i like the behaviour of co-workers

High pressure. sometimes workers are working over time but the compensation is not given to workers. There is no security to my future.

- healthy work culture - seniors and mentors willing to teach and support as needed - leaves are approved easily - good appraisals if performance has been good (depends on market)

- poor salary - some teams work outside of work hours depends on the manager and sometimes is unavoidable - not much exposure to testing and product
