Less Salary compared to industry standards. Employees who are working from last 1 year were not given a hike after all the contribution. Zero Job security, they terminated an entire team and gave pip to all the team members. Lot of favouritism

People here are awesome! Love the vibe, culture, and above all dedication to solving problems. Humans can solve problems without themselves being one, found here for the first time! Love every second!

We sometimes become so aligned, that it becomes difficult to delink and think from a fresh perspective. New people bring new ideas, that rectify this con.

Worst company they just hire and fire without giving time to settle how can they expect 3 4 closures in just 1 month from the employees also they just terminate you with 15 days prior mail they are not doing recruitment they are like doing sales
