Any time they can terminate you without any reason. Job security is Zero(0). Salary is very less as per work pressure. Sometimes deducted salary without their wrong calculation. If you will work hard for incentive, don't worry they will never pay your full incentive. If you have good skill, then don't worry they will change your department repeatedly for their process improvement as a result your salary will not increase and you will loose the opportunity to get incentives. FOR TIME PASS YOU CAN JOIN. IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR FUTURE AND WANTED TO IMPROVE YOUR SKILL IN A GOOD COMPANY. THEN DONT JOIN FAST INFO.

Some of the students of same batch they like my way of teaching and renew the class but sometimes one or two students they dislike my teaching and write review against me though i work hard with all .

Only the colleagues were good. Nothing else is good. Not even the manager.

The company changed permanent employees of fixed CTC to contractual employees on hourly payment structure. There is no job satisfaction, or proper management. The management doesn't care for the proper job service deliverance but only cares about useless award ceremonies that aren't even worth going in the resume. They're so poor that they give promotion for the sake of it without increasing the pay. Also, they just want the customers to think they are brilliant in business but in reality the work process, teaching methods, syllabus and everything is bogus. It's a good place to have your teaching experience as a fresher for few months and then move on. Because this is never going to help you in career.
