Management team sitting in office getting salary/ benefits without doing notthing. Mgnt team needs to clear an aptitude test.

> partiality in getting promotions and other benefits > u need to be in good books of ceo. > no attention to actual working person > no WFH > lot of opportunities for admin team to cut your salary and bonus.

- working on ground level with customers to understand their application - Opportunity to learn business - work coordination shown by employees (not management) - Promotions to fav. employees within management - skill to ignore employees performance. - skill of attracting new candidates by showing high CTC - work for lifetime without appreciation of words and money

Dislikes

...ormance is best. - Lack of professionalism & literacy by management committee. - Lack of logical reasoning to cut your salary, performance evaluations, etc - no chance for self growth (technical as well as financial) - no work life balance nor work satisfaction to employees - No transparency between Management & Employees - behavior of old employees like Govt. employees - Harassment of young employees by some old management members - Non professional HR & Admin busy in other personal activities - Not capable of self improvement as per market trends - throwing responsibilities on others i.e. Juniors

Working environment is not so good. Management does not look certain about certain basics from employee point of view.

Dislikes

The salary and rules are not as per industry standard. Management is very conservative and for every penny they want to spent.
