One of the weakest company. Total micromanagement. they install productivity tool in laptop device. total waste company. idhula pantry la if we sit and have tea for that also they ask why extra time taken. if you want hell go join farmwiseai, perungudi location. already chennai heat idhula indha stupid people face pananum. also no technical senior person in this office. most work is manual and hectic. idhula ivunga AI company nu solikuranga. this company will not stay for long time. weak vry weak pa. dont join.

FAI had good potentital, but leadership full micromanagement, no clear decision making, whatever they say mostly not keeping up promise. so employees always confused what happening. One c-suite person always playing politics instead of doing actual work. not even knowing his role talking big big things. no communication skills. Better he do admin job instead of leadership role. Team not able to work because of the=is issue. also they enjoy all holidays and no benefits for employees. Oru Team lunch ku kooda spending paana maataru. no recognition nothing. if company really want to improve they must change leadership style, be transparent and actually care about employees.
