At FarmwiseAI, my experience has been positive. the bosses are clear about what they expect and always ready to guide us. During reviews, they focus on what we did well and where we can improve which helps a lot. they make sure to recognize our hard work, which makes me feel valued. It's motivating to see your efforts noticed and rewarded. they also talk about ways to grow and learn in our roles. overall it's a supportive place where I'm happy to work and grow.

FAI had good potentital, but leadership full micromanagement, no clear decision making, whatever they say mostly not keeping up promise. so employees always confused what happening. One c-suite person always playing politics instead of doing actual work. not even knowing his role talking big big things. no communication skills. Better he do admin job instead of leadership role. Team not able to work because of the=is issue. also they enjoy all holidays and no benefits for employees. Oru Team lunch ku kooda spending paana maataru. no recognition nothing. if company really want to improve they must change leadership style, be transparent and actually care about employees.
