They DC are like hellUnclean and unhygenic.They say organic or safe to eat veggies and fruits but they get it from local Market and charge high rate to the customers cheating people

A decent Work-life balance can't be maintained due to flexibility of shifts and lack of man power. This area has to be focused for the wellbeing of the employees as well the company. And also the company must focus on Employee Retention. The labour turnover will have bad impact in the organisation and its growth!

The whole team members are very supportive except DC manager. Why I left the company is because of him he is very rude in his character not even listen what I want to say.
