I am doing work as housekeeping associat.All supervisor are very helpful.but main important notice is that all are non technical means not complete hotel management course .this guys are not able to speak in English ¬ deal to the guest .so I think you understand what type of knowledge I get over there.mangenent all time knows fast the room making and shale .not provide the extra knowledge.i am not satisfied over there ,but this my first job in this reason do work 1 year .two associated are completed HM course other people are not aducated.some time I saw the cast fiting.only EHK also good .now I am doing work in Novotel I am facing the problem.at a first time I do work over there after 6 months shift the property.thaks ....

With my six years of working in Fariyas Resort Lonavla i found that in this place system works, and all level staff drives it, no boundaries, no compromises with guest satisfaction free hand working, open door policy...you are always pushed to be your own judge and grow with your capabilities skies the limit, you really need to be fortune ted to be the part of this property
