You will be fired at any time with out any notice absolutely zero job security Nothing to learn from solution engineer role except the fareye product and the experience you gain on this product will be absolutely useless as this is used only in Fareye Leadership is not that great decisions keeps on changing work pressure and no work life balance

Unstable Leadership.Strategy will be changed often creating confusion & Chaos to Middle-layer. No Job Security.Supervisor can send you out within 2 or 3 months after giving you a new role. No visionary leadership in the function , creates space for low-experienced bosses to take full control

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
