You will be fired at any time with out any notice absolutely zero job security Nothing to learn from solution engineer role except the fareye product and the experience you gain on this product will be absolutely useless as this is used only in Fareye Leadership is not that great decisions keeps on changing work pressure and no work life balance

Dislikes

Poor Management. Highly unskilled people at high position leaving no option for quality work. Highly discrimination based on new people vs old employee. Less flexibility at work. Only 3 WFH is allowed in a month. Leaves to be applied at the start of quarter else not not approved.
