The first big thing is in that company is nepotism is there, if you’re a English speaker than you will get something good response, and some respects you will get there, otherwise if working in Spanish language than forget that you will get any kind of respect in that company, They always shout on their employees if they do any kind of mistakes. I never prefers anyone to join that company.

Worst company to work with. Only third party issuance. Totally fraud work.your job is totally depends on the mood of the manger and employer.

Dislikes

Behaviour of supervisor and so called manager is wrist. Never seen such unprofessional behaviour. job is secure only until the mood of management is gud otherwise you can be kicked out anytime.

Sakshi so called HR who has recently joined FD has very bad attitude and rude behaviour. I really don't understand why company has hired her. HR without skills. Lots of politics, no work culture. Senior's are coming in track pant and sleepers and abusing on the floor and threating sales agents. And late night most of the seniors are sleeping in cabin. I really thanks to piyush. Sach a nice person and very helpful.
