... drove me into depression, and there was no support from the company whatsoever. Yes, the salary and incentives can be decent, but they come at a huge moral and mental cost. Your earnings depend on how well you can manipulate and mislead people into paying outrageous prices. This is not a company for anyone who values ethics, personal well-being, or professional growth. Overall, my experience was horrible. I would give this company 0 out of 10 and never recommend it to anyone. If you want to destroy your mental health and lose all work-life balance, Fareportal is the place for you. Good luck if you decide to join—you’ll need it.

Cab Facility, three time meals facility for free, functions are lit, games, best salary in the industry

Job security issue because of complaints made by customer and there is no back suupport from management even if u r working for hundred years. You have to be accountable anyhow. Too much of CAP1 CAP2 ISSUE for any complaints made by customer and you r found guilty for mistakes.

Company was paying good incentive plan but now management made it worst .. they want suck employees blood as much as they can

...ck or casual leave then they will punish by deducting HUGE incentive deductions. Also force you to work on week off for compensation. It means employees are not entitled for casual or sick leave.

...ation. As far as Fareportal is concerned, responded it in well planned manner. It first of all put us upheld from the work and kept my salary updated in my account, when situation got tighter they put me on leave without pay.. But now they started calling us for rejoining.. So. I mark it as a reputable organisation..

...risis. In starting phase of Corona virus pandemic they laid off their employees. Cuts off 25% salary of their employees . Now mostly employees on LWP from last three months. Fareportal not care their employees.
