There is no such thing as Work Life Balance in this organization. No leave is provided. Work hours are hectic. You will be unaware about your roles and responsibilities for some time as no one will be their to guide you.

...in late hua to pura ek ganta kha lete he..hr mahine hr policies change hoti he.. salary date hi nhi fix aur na hi salary slip dege..magoge to bolenge yha bha jao sign krao.. please koi mt join kro...puri company hr month aaye trainees ke bharose chal rhi free me..ab une kya hi aata he na documents na testing bt...ye unse tk sign krate he..ere itni gatiya company koi join mt krna please.

The compensation is good for us. Because the company has no system of doing things, you can take care of end to end process of any task assigned to you that helps you to interact with different departments.

Dislikes

The company has no hierarchy, no system of doing things and school principal like behavior, micro management by the director and president are some of the major problems of the firm.

Timings, behaviour with employee , no basic needs of employees are taken care of eg poor salary structure, no canteen, no hygiene, initially hire you as trainee for 6months make you work as an employee and don't pay a single penny. Seniors do partiality and lot of politics.
