I worked there for 2 years. Never had any issue with salary. Till the time you are bringing revenue to the owners pockets, do what you may and no one would say anything. You have to be a constant performer to stay in the company as their expectations are really high. The meals are good and ciggarettes are available in house. The managers are good too. Never had any issues with leaves. Make sales

High pressure. Some people are really bad and have no decency of talking to people. One of the owners is always on the floor keeping an eye on agents ( well can't say that's bad it's his business ). If you are not making sales, they will boil you alive, specially the new employees.

...can manage the hiring even though they don't have a proper Recruitment portal. When they need you they will offer the best salary in the Industry but after their work, they just make some wrong allegation and terminate you from their company. They are just making fools of US Citizens they are using promotion codes for flight booking, especially for Delta Airlines. They have some specific depart for this promotion code search from Google and then they booked us a customer flight from the portal on behalf of the customer.
