This company is started by a bunch of arrogant and terrible founders. They dont if their employee has health issues. All they want is work, even when you were advised to be on bed rest.

Absolutely nothing. When there are leaders like amit, sumit, who do not know ki unko product kya banana hai.. saal me 2-3 naye apps banate hain, fir ek bhi nahi chal paata😂 and abhi pata chala, kuch coach dekho bana rahe hain... which is already a flop product😂 Jo ye apne employees k saath karte hain, god will treat them same one day❤️

The whole company is a dislike. Jaise ye log hain, they will never be able to make a good company when they have all the family and friends who are working for them… from HR to employees, 70% are their family and friends Jinko ye sir pe baitha chuke hain.. Absolute lala company who does not beleive in tech and analytics.

There is nothing to like about fantasy akhada. They do layoffs thrice per year. So high chances that you get hired in the same year and get laid off in the same year. Worst culture. One HR who knows nothing.. just laughs and wanders here there, she acts like a class teacher who checks who is using phones, who is taking a break etc and will go to the CEO to complaint the same. The toxic company i have ever worked in.

Dislikes

Level of toxicity is that, if someone has legit issues and ask for 1 day wfh, hr will come and shout the manager, how can you allow someone to take wfh. Worst leaders who have zero vision, what they want to do. Just get the funded money, they spend it like crazy. And when they are out of money, they will just kick people out, no matter how their lives will be ruined. Most selfish leaders. They don’t care, how their employees are suffering because of them. They do more layoffs/ salary cuts in a year more than they do appraisal/ promotions in 3 years. So you always be in loss. If you are someone desperately looking for a job, my advice would be, please spend some more time searching for a better job than joining this company.
