...ent I got two times promotion in same ftpl company and now am working as an Asm. But the package for Asm is very low in fangs technology

In my zone our superior is doing too much of politics.As a bm he joined 2022 may month in Tirupur zone after that more than 15 workers terminated and he make them to resign their job. He is not giving any training he is just pushing for sales followup. In my zone am working like team leader not like an asm. Ftpl should analyse his mistakes and should help other staffs

Decent package at beginning.

Human resoure structure. Reporting, getting approval from a remote superior is irritating each and every time. Judging Low manpower was enough for a post is a stupid decision.

Here I'm working more than 5 years in this company have a good culture and holding the employee in secure manner.

Here you do the hard work and more time spending in the Market but your salary is very less when compare to other competitor company

Good work and Teamleader are supportive the management great. Company policies are good for lockdown periods they give good salary and incentives

There is lot of politics and fair career growth then iam working experience in the company 2year above my salary status till date not hike
