Dislikes

Starting salaries are very less. Salary hikes are very minimal. Even after giving our best fpr company 's growth still we get very less increments. That too delay every year. ( july/august) .

Job security is good, Allowing WFH is one thing I am grateful of . But incentives getting delayed is a major concern.

...ajor setback , no festival holidays at times. And you don't get an off easily... Pay scale is low with very minimal incentives, and bonus.

I had a very bad experience with this company the leader always annoy you and make false promises when you join the company and then none are fulfilled, they promised all national holiday off still gave us work from home on HOLI and poor work life balance they told us to do 8 hours and then converted to 9.5 hours and according to HR policy its 5 days working but they gave us Saturday also working, the management is so poor that the office had a power cut due to the bill was not submitted , no it support and terrible equipment's are provided and then they they expect us to manage by our own, if we apply for leaves no revert backs are given and they want us to understand that its been cancelled without ant reason given overall it was not pleasant at all .( all these rule are only for office doctors none are applied for backend doctors working from home, it u are working from home its the best company byt for office doctors its terrible)

Nothing, as there is no proper work life balance and they provide very less salaries and make employees work like an animal and never ever even look after them whether the employee is in a position to work or not.

They even ask to take permission for sick leave. Like we have to tell them prior that tomorrow I will get fever, please give me leave. I can't work tomorrow. Life is joke to them and they won't treat people well.

Everything low salary, no job security, lot of politics between the employees , intentional pressure by the so called seniors means the work environment is pathetic specially in Guwahati and Kolkata.
