If you are not Flattery person then company is not for you. No metter how loyal, hard worker you are. Your job and promotion will stuck if you speak anything true about wrong process set by top management.

Nothing except the salary comes on time.

Dislikes

Absolutely no working culture. Compensation not in commendurate with your ability and achievements. No upward revision in travel allowance structure for the past five years. In fact it has reduced. Deductions from actual expenses incurred at the whim and fancy of HR dept. No working culture. Poor treatment of employees by superiors.

There is no work pressure because there is no work. Management is highly immature and can be easily taken for ride. I got to travel length and breadth of the country due to my work.

Dislikes

Management has immaturity and capability issue which promotes the below average people to flourish. There is no transparency on the performance. Appraisals are just the formalities and final remarks are kept secret. Not shared with the respective one. It is just the whims and fancies of the leadership. No innovative approach, no focus on skill development. Culture of favoritism and highly polluted.

Now at the age of 53 years we all from major part of India put pressure resignation where company has no other backup to provide 112 members of East/ West and South region. Now i am not in a position to survive my family because of my age limit inspite of having 28 years of experience. Company should think prior before doing this serious condition.

Dislikes

Life is not secure. In certain age limit no other company accept to join new candidate for age of 53. Company can grow when the demand genarated in that time company announced to close.

Likes

Falken is a part of summitomo rubber group. In India falken presence nobody knows. As sales person it's very difficult. Company need only sales they don't worry about their channel partners and employees. One of the worst company I worked in my career.

Apart from that lot of internal politics.
