...learn fast and you will be promoted to higher position if your skills are good . Salary is the major issue and not on time . You will get a good team to learn .

Dislikes

Salary is not on time. And you will get your first salary after 55 days of joining. 55 days salary is always blocked and huge delay in salary as well. Also if you resign everything will be against you. Never Seen smooth settlement for employees who resigned. Settlement is hardly done even after huge follow ups. If you don't have financial issues willing to learn. Best company to learn. People at higher level are good however in the event of financial things they have zero powers .

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
