I would suggest pls dont join this organization. You won't get any growth. Your suggestions will never get entertained. There is no job security. Whenever they will throw you out of the company. They don't talk in private. They humiliate publicly. There is no learning no growth.

Company and director is good but people's at Manager level are not good

Mr Vakil Piddiqui is something who don't think anyone is more talented then him and there is always blame game all blaming to each other for their own mistake. No system all communication on whatsApp only and he more interested in people's personal life rather than work whispering personal life to others. Some other manager also in his team like this. No learning, always saying to whole team kaamchor. Many more to say but in one line don't join him. He will ruins your mental health.
