Indian, Gurgaon office Country head does not confirm even after completing probabtion period as per law, and if an employee wants to leave right after 1 month from date of joining during his probation period they hold the salary of that person until he completes his notice period of 2 months.

Extremely amazing tech stack, you get to work on fazil and tottus (if you're in backend) which are popular in chile and peru. You get first hand experience in large scale distributed systems and get to work with amazing people! There is no attendance rule here, you can log off early if you have no task left :D

In my opinion, the company is an excellent place to work with a focus on work-life balance, a supportive team, and a good learning curve. I appreciate the opportunities for growth and development, as well as the competitive hikes.
