Comparing salary is slowly increasing.. Also I didn't get recognition from team even though working hard . And working more than 12 hrs...

In that company i will join as a NEEM trainee. Here's only the salary difference between a graduate person and a diploma or ITI holder person. But the work is same. I will join as in assembly line production member as an operator but in my working experience i.e all about zero. Because I will operate only a sealing machine to join polythene. Work is not given by according to study.

Nice pay scale and no work pressure.

Dislikes

Management attitude towards employee, immediate line manager not supporting the team. Undefined process flow, no trainings and certifications. Less employee morale.

...d teammates are very helpful here.I loved the fact that i am a part of the team. Salary scale is average. Work environment is amazing they always provide us PPE. And also gives us some safety tips through safety training.

Ordering method, Computer system need to change, Vendors supporting to be strengthen, Purchasing head need to understand is lacking. Appraisals are not line with work and delivery Black sheep's to be axed.

Ordering, scheduling, vendor support lacking. Bonus disparity.
