...e, my teammates, Supervisors and my managers all are really good and supportive. But I really disagree with my salary/appraisals/very low tips, no service charges etc otherwise all are good.

The Duty Managers were all very nice and supportive and helped me grow a lot in front office department. The inter-department relationship were very helpful too.

Dislikes

No work life balance, company expects the employee to work all the time in the office and when you don't abide by the rules all things are taken on personal level. Very unprofessional behaviour and not expected from the higher management

Likes

You will gain good experience since you are dealing with many different nationalities and different mind set. The work place is very intense and busy most of the time which will help you to gain more confidence and experience.

Dislikes

The management is not very professional and many indecisive managers which lead to be having more than average turnover. And I can confidently say that Accor has no value or standards

Nothing is there to dislike, just one things I lost my job in covid crises and still I'm jobless and I tried in the same brand with different hotel but no response that make me feel that I work for Fairmont for 5 years but I feel that it's not worth....

I don't like working here at all as they will make you work your a*** off for long hours like a robot by giving a hell lot of work load on daily basis like a slave. Management is not good and especially groupism......... Imagine working for 12 hours and getting paid only 1500 bucks (AED) a month.
