Don't pay salary on time. fulfilling their own needs. Product quality is not good. Parth , bhavesh, Rakesh i haven't seen worst person then them.. if you work there you have to submit a blank cheque for no reason.

Fairmate chemical does not pay salary on time, No EPF facility, only 10 days paid leaves no sick leave and causal leave, Company made no. Of rules to deduct employee salary. Overall it treat employee like majdoor (from top management to junior executive)

Management is not professional, all senior staffs are non-supportive.Not a employee friendly company. No PF nor any additional advantages. On paper you will be never a registered employee so are the nill benefits.

Horreble experience with Fairmate terminated to me after 2.5 month without salary and return my balance after 02 month with his deduction. Due my financial problems I have accepted his every condition...so request to you please never recmond to any one for job ib Fairmate....

Company policy is worst and they ask for blank check worth 10 lakh to freshers without giving appointment letter and any other document.

I will never encourage freshers to join this company as they do not provide work safety and have no same company policy for all employees.
