... mark my words, Office in DivyaShree 3, Orion is very terrible place to work at. There's absolutely no growth, less pay, extremely terrible work enviornment, lot's of micro management by "PS", Absolutely stupid people being promoted. TL tries to sideline all other and support his spoons. And too much dependency on one person that makes him the dominant person. People here don't encourage voice but only want human machines .. who can work work and work without support or encouragement by fellow team members. Literally anybody who has Tl's support can talk shit to you and yet if you respond you will be dragged down. Team ETF definitely needs to think about how much micromanagement is taking place. Pay vice company has no night shift allowance, forces you to work on Saturday. In the world were AI is making things so easy, here they are with absolutely out dated tools that makes humans work like a robot without break. They don't care about your mental health, neither they care about your physical health.. They want you to come to office even if you are taking your last breathe. They want you to be rate them 4 just to maintain their rating but trust me it should be rated -1 or -4. The work you do will give you good knowledge of finance though but still no skill development as such.. it's basically copy pasting!

Management is Good Less Work Pressure For WFH ,they are Providing Internet Allowances Better Training But It depends upon which Team u Got

Everything thing in here is a disaster, salary, hike, Growth, knowledge, challenging environment nothing to learn much, and your experience never works in other organisations.

Standard work timings. Won't stress employees for overtime. For every extra one hour,there is over time allowance. Best cab facility. Women secured.

No night shift allowance. Very less hikes & internal promotions. Less pay.

It was good experience for me to work in factset. For freshers its a good company to start career... Team meets are good and never heritage to help new hires. Overall it's good to be part of Factset.

There is nothing like or dislike but for me salary.
