I like the fecilities provided by the company like free transport for pic up and drop,free snacks,beverages,health insurance,team outings. Emplyee work free environment..here work pressure on employee is very less.

..., here is less scope to learn so much subjective knowledge to grow up in career. Salary package is also low when we compare the other companies in same industry. Health insurance package limit also low. Team outings are resticted to few places in city surrowindings only.

Compensation is very poor in FACTSET across all the roles.It is not my opinion instead internal survey conducted by organisation through Glint.As you know that same role people are getting 5 times more in other companies. Work load also increased alot compare to last three to four years.It is ok to have workload but there would certain limits. All we know if company failed to do so additional burden to the employees.
