The lead, despite having IIT degree, often lack the practical skills and emotional intelligence necessary to guide teams effectively. Instead, they hide behind their credentials while exhibiting unprofessional behavior and inflated egos. Constructive feedback is dismissed, and there's no room for innovation. But wait, there's more ! They've nailed the art of double standards. Late by five minutes? You'll face a fine that makes you question if you're in a corporate office or a kindergarten. Stay late working into the night? Congratulations! You'll get ...absolutely nothing! Just the honor of being exploited, free of charge. Management is like bunch of noobs pretending to know what they are doing(cough cough hi daddy). And let's not forget the blame game between the founders. It's like watching a daily soap, where everyone's a victim, and no one's accountable. Instead of addressing real problems, they spend their time pointing fingers at each other.

You get a lot to learn here in a small amount of time due to high number of project and the diversity of projects

Dislikes

The core team does not have the fundamental skill of running a business. The core team does not know how to handle a client deal which leads to multiple projects being delivered late or incomplete it. Has a very incompetent HR team that under delivers most of the time and sometimes never delivers. I have seen multiple employees being fired for a project delivery just because of the imaginary timelines provided by the core team without calculating the complexity of a project. If you are hired for a certain department. You will be given responsibility to do tasks of different departments too which are irrelevant for the role you have been hired for. This takes away the focus from the tasks you had been actually hired for. There are no proper appraisals for deserving employees

As it is a start-up, the workload could be high at times. There is the possibility of working on multiple projects as well as clients simultaneously.
