Nothing to like. Do not join this company.

Everything to dislike. No work life balance. You will be called on holidays also and made to work for 9-10 hrs without salary/compensation. Biggest ****** is the CEO himself. He will not even let you have your lunch properly. Do not join here. Stay at home but do not join here. Your major part of salary is as variable pay which is payable annually. And company will always find a reason to not give you this variable pay. So you are working 24x7 that too without proper compensation. There is micro-managing

Nothing like worst to join this company not less salary so much work making foll to new people if your joining not increment is there at the end will regret in front of you everyone is nice nd back worst eaten my salary also just of manager

Nothing is great, I have resigned on 5th December 2022, And they have not given me my December month salary by telling you have give 3 month notice period.which wait for 3 month. When they appoint me they told me can u join as soon as possible and when it's my leaving time they want 3 month notice period.before my leaving 2 draughtmen s leave by given notice period of 1 month only.

Nothing much to speak about. Salaries during Covid lockdown paid @ 50 to 60% of full salary.

Dislikes

...ork culture. Not supportive to people development and their career aspirations. Employees salaries reduced to 50 to 60 percent of full month salary during pandemic for more than 6 to 7 months and still being paid less. Annual increments not paid to employees for the past two years.

Lots of exposure to international events and good learning experience

...n’t head strong you cannot work here. Not a place for b-school graduates. Also, during Covid this is the only company that may have done a 70% pay cut.
