Good to work with Fabtech, Sometimes there are salary crunches faced while working with this organisation, but all dues cleared after leaving this company also. Sites locations are remote, mostly out of Maharashtra, so sometimes HR cash flow hinders . Need to manage these things cleverly, and clients were the ultimate boss... We are not having any such powers to argue with clients. Just get the job done.

Cash crunches, monopoly, remote location of site, improper living and dining arrangements

... 2) Some of colleagues were really good and supportive. 3) Salary is on time and management is slightly sensitive and care about their employees.

Dislikes

1) Management and HR team only contacts with some of seniors due to which they can't actually understand the ground level problems of the mid level employees. 2) One of the head only wants trainee to work under him, so that he can easily manipulate them,as knowledgeable and experience team members are difficult to manipulate. 3) Some of the senior employees don't want to implement new ideas and technology which would result in less profit margin. 4) One of the senior person always tries to pull the leg of knowledgeable and bright employees and tries to block thier growth due to insecurity or ego. 5) One of the head always try to play his favourites and try to do partiality with experienced and knowledgeable people, he should behave like bhishma pitamah but he behaves like shakuni.

... this company all top management and HR person is very helpful for all employee. This company giving salary on time. I am working here from last one year and i have received every month salary on time.

They have good projects. You can learn a lot here.

Dislikes

Salaries are very low. Worst for work life balance. You have to work day night and even on Sunday. Worst company culture. You work will not be appreciated.
