No promotion and we don't know what category they are giving promotions to employees. No proper communication form the management. We don't expect leaves more than 2 days as it a sin in this company.. No work life balance here. They give their focus only on looting than the welfare of employee.. For starters, gain experience 2 years and leave this company as soon as possible.

Good work environment and culture. Every year bonus give good but, Salary scale is very bad.

Scheduled work, timely followup from Regional Chief Authority . Supportive Team .

There is lot of workload handling at tribal region , Had to handle District program with 2 engineers. There is only follow of workdone but no follow-up of traveling issues in Tribal areas.
