It's a contract job with no hikes, they anticipate you take on additional responsibilities without any hike. Bonus is a scam, they promise so much and do not deliver even 10% and are largely ignorant of Salaries in India, and think of Indians as being just poor people. They do not invest in any tools or subscriptions to help analysts.
