Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...nths. In the interview it was clearly mentioned i will be paid on monthly basis. I got my 1st month salary after 2 months of internship and after completion of my internship suddenly they told me that your salary will be on basis of how many closings i give whereas the discussion in the interview was completely different and they suddenly changed their word. Later on i still agreed to it but even after so many months of completion of my internship and giving closings, i still haven't got my 2 months salary which was my right and its been almost 2 years.They didn't even connected me back and they even took almost 3 months after the completion of my internship to give me my internship letter that too after calling them several times and putting urgency in front of them. Very unprofessional and disgusting

Never join this company its a scam... They ate my 2 months salary and disappeared suddenly i still have the owners and HRs number with me but i would prefer not to talk with these unprofessional idiots.
