company culture is average. skilled person can survive here according to their facilities otherwise it will be quite difficult.. Best thing is timing you can go fix 7'0 clock if your work is completed. Both the boss are very supportive and intellactual. Managemant should be change for better work and future progress. If managemant will be good then this office is literally best place to work.

I recommed you to stay unemployed for the rest of your life but to work here. Nobody can talk in simple english speacially HR.(Can't even form a single sentence). I have worked for 5 diff companies and this is the worst I have came across.

Company and company culture is good But team lead Dilip kumawat is so toxic. In company record he has 7 years of experience and working as team lead but his work style like.... Koi bhi kam aaya krdo mujhe nhi pta kse krna h krdo na to m help krunga na time dunga krdo and cheeje bhi chahiye proper in less time. Bade se bade project ko hafte bhar me krake usko khrab kr dete h and blame developer ko krte h Can a single developer work on 2 big clients simultaneously and he want work should be completed in 15 to 20 days. I would like to request management please take action against him ki kam ko kam ke tarike se kre verna company ki reputation bhut down jaegi client ki najron me.

I have recently joined the organization, and according to me the current scenario, I didn't feel any of the wrong happening around me. So there is no dislike as of now.
