ECI provides work from home after COVID. Team member was supportive.

Dislikes

There was no job security, anyone can fire at any time. The people who is talented get fired and the people who is not talented they are still working. Top management is not good. This company is not good for good career growth.

Nothing much is there to like honestly.

Toxic work environment, Onshore leadership’s unrealistic expectations from offshore team. No one is there to listen to your concerns. No work life balance, no ethics. It’s my first time working in such a company that has no work ethics.

I left AST in a year as overall it is not a company where you can thrive. Leadership itself is bound to just the CEO and strong thought leadership is missing. The arrogance and the invincibility aura carried by the leadership and the 'think me as god' situation make AST an organisation which runs the risk of faltering. The second level leaders are all technology people who are one dimensional and do not look at the bigger picture in a strategic and tactical way. Hence they are always left fire fighting and proactiveness is never in the agenda. The technical teams are great and have some awesome people with great knowledge and are hardworking. No much facilities are provided either.
