You will excel in email communication & research skills. People in operations & other teams are supportive. Also there is a cute pet in the office. IF you are fresher, join them, learn, and get out & if you are experienced don't join.

As this is the rational shift environment, you will have to work on one weekend, as per your shift schedule, but on that day just because you are working from home you will be asked to work 12 hours, without any pay. 10. The firm is completely manual, so their attendance dashboard is, which will miscalculate your salary and boom there is a deduction, now if you want to talk about the deduction you have to wait for the Payslip release, and it usually comes after 19th or 20th, and boom here goes your appeal for the deduction

The company doesn't have anything good – no transport, no cafeteria, the work environment isn't good, and neither the work culture nor management is positive. I am not saying this because I am a former employee and have left the company, but because I have experienced all of this, which is why I am sharing it.

Mainly I am mostly like the organizational rules and work culture with seeing the all person needs , that i like most, in our organization , easily say any problem you facing , and ppr for the company and personal growth , there is dual way communication between company and top management and team to do all the things. i have seen is different from other company and good to aal the members of the company. i like joys box that is directly conveyed for my boss secretly how excellent that to connect with them , with letter.

I am not seen any thing to dislike here, aal the things is good, only request please put 2 water bottle on each side of table in each team to easy for every one , and not more and more going outsides for little bit of every minute, this is a good initiative to work flow also . Thankyou

worst company you will ever come across, they fired me within 20 days of joining saying you do not fit your requirement. They are not sure what they want from candidate and they do wrong hiring and then they fire. The CTO is the person with 5yo experience and that too his first job, not saying that is not possible but in this case the person is an idiot. there is no structure of work and even the products are worst. top management will abuse you whenever they like and do it in front of everyone. they will blatantly fire you even without notice, i know it sounds strange but trust me this is how they function. Less important : the office is in sector 62 near a village and it is in secluded area. it is only good for freshers who wants to gain some experience, but for seasoned professionals it is the worst company to work with. please reconsider if you are planning to join, if you are reading this be careful.

Which I dislike about EZ is, compulsory presence in friday. Because after night shift it's difficult to come on Friday. One more thing which I dislike is nothing is available in cafeteria rather than tea and coffee. There should be some more stuffs.
