Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

1. Appraisal and increment is a nightmare, don’t expect. 2. Veteran employees will direct you in such a way that, only this organisation can change the entire education system for this 21st century learning skills, which is required among the students, they do a kind of mesmerisation that, you’ll believe, other educational companies doing injustice. 3. Till before 2019, the culture of the organisation was so humble, that everyone contributed more, after lockdown and subsequent years, they’re in severe financial crunch, unable to redesign the product and process required by the school education market. 4. Expect online meeting even after working hours. 5. For field sales / support job role, recently they’ve introduced the tracking app, which is annoying. 6. Final verdict, not a best company to work here for longtime,
