Everything I could say. Work culture is the worst. There is no work-life balance. Nothing more to be learned in terms of technology. If have an experience with an MNC company then never join Exxat. These people are hiring managers from call centers.

Salary is good and working hours if required can be flexible

Learning Opportunities are none and some new managers questions you on your leave application by comparing to others of the same department and the some doesn't trust you and micro manages you.

The compensation provided by company is at satisfactory level

No career path for any employee, no job security, changes in reporting/organisation structure frequently. Nepotism/favouritism can be clearly seen.

1. A lot of times becomes engineering driven, that is do what engineering says instead of thinking from the user point of view 2. Sometimes micromanagement from top

Less scope of learning new skills The job title is bit fancy,but it's nothing related to SQL,python and as such of data analyst Bit monotonous work as similar documents review Sometimes feel like micromanagement
