...hey can come up with horrible lies just so employees continue to hang onto them. But when it comes to promotions and pay raises, they avoid you as much as they could!

Nothing except the monthly pay, however, the job itself isn't sustainable.

Dislikes

The problem is not that this is a high-pressure job, the problem is that this is an extremely toxic work environment created by the CEO of the firm. The amount of harassment, disrespect and mental abuse that employees go through at this firm is unheard of in a corporate setup. The firm prides itself in hiring some of the smartest minds in the industry but lacks the basic courtesy, respect, and professionalism important to nurture and retain this talent. Avoid it as long as it's your only option and look for another job right away, no future there!

The company has one of the most reasonbale salary offers I received.

Dislikes

The management of Exusia is aggressive and hostile. The company will not go anywhere if the leadership has this kind of attitude. Employees aren't connected well with the managers because of their terrible and elitist attitudes, and the lack of effective leadership means that employees don't really have much reason to trust it.

The pay was decent here, but I was tired of the workload.

Deadlines weren't just tight, they were suffocating, and they changed faster than the weather in April. One minute you're cruising, the next you're staring down the barrel of an impossible task with a deadline that seems to be mocking you. It was a constant state of high alert, like walking a tightrope over a pit of hungry crocodiles.
