No activities for employees, low salaries high revenue target, salary deduction on the basis of revenue no matter how hard you work, lower mental health, sudden laydown in every 2-3 years after generating revenues 250 convenience for travel around ncr for just 1 meeting
Its been almost 9 months as a ASM. Overall managers are good.. but few lazy managers are getting salary without working in field. They are cheating the company and getting full pay. Company have to monitor those cheaters. but company is fine. But u r under pressure. Overall support is 100% from senior managers. No politics and they are friendly.

Have to enquire the reality with ground working Managers not only with Senior managers.
Office timing- 10 am to until achieve daily kRA

Worst culture , Politics against employees by their own managers , Seniors just manipulation their employers to spend their own money on customers, Some managers don't know how to manage teams , Gurpreet singh working on manager level don't know how to manage team just threating to cut off the salary for the sake of revenue, you'll gonna work hard and they'll gonna cut your salary without of any reason , you have to invest your own money and in return you'll not even get full salary , I am talking about Mohali office , Don't ever work in Extramarks specifically the Guy gurpreet singh Turban guy who doesn't know how to talk , how to behave , worst work culture ever. If you want to waste your own money then you can join.

Salary comes on 7th of every month.
A lot of freshers are recruited that means you have a good time pass.
You can take a lot of leaves and do WFH.
Work timing is not strict.
If you have good terms with your manager then you don't have to do any work.
I just do nothing and still get a lot of awards and recognition.
If you don't like an employee, then you can give him a lot of pressures like 35 Ques+Ans development in a day. You can enjoy his sufferings.
You are free most of the time. You Just need to pretend you are working.
