No work life balance You are forced to work for 10 hours even when you complete your work in 6 hours The management is never on the same page which hampers productivity of the subordinates Unrealistic targets with unauthentic resources They expect you to grow mangoes out of a lemon tree

Learning new things as company has multiple product based different technology so you will get to contribute to each other depending upon skills.

Dislikes

Sometimes task result in rework as development start with different angle but later on when you give demo some changes will pointed out so sometimes it result in rework and little demotivation.

Earlier it was closer to home, now it's bit far, and I need to travel thru horrible roads of Baner to reach office !

Extraaddge is not just a company, it's a family of hardworking individuals working towards a common goal. I have not seen any company where you can directly put forward your points/ideas to the founders. All in all a great company to work and learn

Since being a startup sometimes the processes are not followed. But lately since the company is growing, we see new and new process set up.
