Most of the employees in EPCH are of 40+ age who don't know how to talk to their colleagues. They hire people on contract basis without any perks. Career growth is very slow. No appraisal methods. They are biased in nature. Zero innovation and zero learning.

...of our nation. I liked the company of my collegues during the official workings. Ths benefits snd salary structure is very satisfied for their employees.

Only the work pressure no acceptable. Most of the time I havd to work more than working hours.

Nothing, no support indeed the apyments are given much less from the market rates and that too after several months we finish our work overall the organistion is a terrible and horrible place to work

Though when people work in the organisation on contract basis, they are often mislead and cheated by their contractor in matter of daily pay.
