As it's a startup firm we get a lot of opportunities to work closely with clients and the company also makes resources work on multiple tools based on the requirements which helps the employee to upskill faster when compared to other companies.

This company has no clients and lacks good projects. The management and team members are unprofessional, making it an unsuitable workplace. Additionally, the company does not provide maternity leave. If a woman is pregnant, she is not allowed to continue as an employee, which makes the organization highly unsupportive and discriminatory towards women.
